We hope you love all of your purchases from Blonde Blush Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, if returned within 7-10 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
No return authorization is needed, email/contact us for a shipping address!
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and
has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit code will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale.
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, leggings, etc, will NOT be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted even with included receipt and tag.
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please email us at blondeblushboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
SHIPPING
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA DELIVERY TIME DURING THE HOLIDAYS!!
We currently offer FREE USPS shipping to the continental U.S on orders of $75.00 or more. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located.
Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days and this only delays us processing orders.
Typical shipping = 5-7 days
On shoes, we charge a flat rate of $6.95!
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
